Yes. We are looking for items that fit into our Food categories: Dry Grocery, Beverage, Fresh areas specifically. Please know that Sam’s Club does not allow products with ingredients, USPs, Description, or Name that include CBD, Cannabis or hemp to apply or pitch to a merchant.

Open Call is a sourcing event. The event is designed as an exciting and unique opportunity for selected American entrepreneurs to pitch their product to a Sam's Club merchant and potentially get their product in the hands of millions of our customers. Products for this event must be made, grown or assembled in TEXAS to be considered.
In addition to the pitch meetings, the one-day program includes a series of sessions designed to inform, empower and encourage business owners of all sizes.

When applications open for the event, you will submit through an exclusive link provided by RangeMe.com. Completing this information now on www.RangeMe.com will streamline the required steps once the Open Call process starts.

Q: What is RangeMe and why am I directed RangeMe.com to submit my product pitches?
RangeMe is the product discovery and sourcing platform where retailers and suppliers discover, connect, and grow their business. Walmart Inc. has partnered with this web platform – RangeMe for gathering all item pitches for Open Call events. Subject to space availability, only items submitted on RangeMe during the application period will be considered.
Q: How do I check to see what item(s) I have submitted?
All items submitted by the supplier can be viewed on the RangeMe platform.
Q: How do I check the status of my application?
Your application status can be checked here via the RangeMe platform.
Q: I attended a previous open call event – can I apply for this one?
Yes, we encourage repeat attendees to return to Open Call events and pitch for new categories that have not met with a merchant in the last twelve (12) months.
Q: How do I know what product pitches have been selected for the merchant meetings?
All companies that submit by the deadline will receive an email after the application period closes extending a meeting invitation, outlining which category and product was selected, if appropriate.
Q. Now that I have received the email invitation to attend a meeting, how do I confirm my participation in the event?
Invited companies will be offered the opportunity to include a maximum of two (2) attendees per company if selected to attend in person.
Q. What happens after I submit my attendance confirmation for the event?
You will receive a confirmation email and be included in the communication stream for event attendees.
Q. I submitted more products than those listed in my confirmed meetings. Can I still present those not listed?
Your product pitch should focus on items appropriate for the category for which you are meeting. Please limit your product pitch meetings to the items listed in your confirmed meeting invitation (and any color/size/style variants that are appropriate for the category listed in the confirmed meeting information).
