Do I have to have warehouse/club pack sizes?

No, we can work with your current packaging.  There are 4-6 pallet spaces available (40"x48" each), however, product packaging conducive to pallet presentation is preferred. 

Can I only have one item in the show?

No, we would recommend bringing in an assortment of your products.

Am I only allowed to discuss with you the item I submitted to RangeMe?

No, we are looking for all types of innovation and items.  Please feel free to discuss with us your portfolio.

Can I use this program to test R & D my company is working on?

This is a great place to have your R&D placing in front of 75,000 to 110,000 members in order to get a great set of data.

 Can I place THC or CBD products in this program?

At this point, we are not accepting THC or CBD, but we can accept 100% full-spectrum hemp.

 Do you have the ability to have chilled or frozen items?

At this point, we do not have the ability to display frozen or chilled items.  We are working with Sam’s Club to provide this, but we would still like to have a conservation as we believe this capability will be an option in the Fall of 2022.  We are able to serve chilled samples of ambient/shelf-stable products if necessary.

Can I sell adult beverages?

At this point, Launch Pad cannot do Pop-Up events with products containing alcohol.

Can I “line-item” price my products?

Yes, we believe any time you can offer bundle pricing (example: any 3 for items for $24.88) this gives you a data point on what is most appealing to the member and also increase your average basket.

Can more than one supplier share an event? 

While single supplier, stand-alone events are preferred, combining related products from more than one supplier may be considered as an exception.  

Can service-only proposals be submitted and considered?

Yes.
