As a supplier, you can communicate both with buyers who have indicated interest in your brand or products and with Service Providers you have requested a quote from via RangeMe Messages. You will be notified of unread messages on your dashboard. When a message is received, an alert with the number of unread messages will appear next to Messages in the top navigation bar.
If a buyer has indicated interest in one or more of your products, a message will populate. At this point, either you or the buyer can choose to initiate a conversation.You can also upload and send file attachments (.pdf, .jpg, .docx, etc) to buyers from your RangeMe Messages.
Note: It’s important to remember that you will only be able to message buyers who have connected with you or requested a sample.
When you request a quote from a service provider, your request will appear as a message in your inbox. Once the service provider replies, their response will appear in the message thread, along with a new message notification.
Based on your Email Preferences, you may also receive an email notifying you of any new messages. You can always adjust your email preferences in your profile settings.

So, the message icon on the individual product uploads will only appear once a buyer sends a message?
Hi Faysal,
When a buyer sees your product on their dashboard, they will have the option to either Save, Sample, or Connect with you. Should a buyer choose the latter two options, you will receive a notification in the Messages tab at the top of your RangeMe profile. Please note that your individual products do not receive messaging notifications.
