RangeMe accepts all major credit cards. Payments are made on a yearly basis, and please be aware that Premium Plans will auto-renew at the end of the subscription period unless they are suspended by the supplier.
2. How will I hear about new features as a subscriber?
We’ll always keep you up to date on product updates through email announcements. For this reason, it is critical that you stay subscribed to RangeMe emails!
3. What if I don’t meet the verification requirements?
Premium suppliers cannot receive the Verified badge until they have met all the verification requirements, and Verification is not guaranteed. If you are missing one or more of our verification requirements, simply visit RangeMe Services to discover service providers who can provide the services you need to get your brand retail ready!
4. I'm currently in a RangeMe subscription but want to upgrade to a higher tier to unlock more features - can I do that?

5. What is RangeMe's Refund Policy?
RangeMe Starter, Premium, and Pro Subscriptions are purchased on an annual basis and have no refund policy, as expressed in our terms and conditions that are agreed to at the point of purchase. This subscription is an annual subscription due to the nature of retailer category reviews and the upfront value provided at purchase.
