How do I Separate Variants?

If you have added Variants to your product profile and want to remove them, you will need to create copies of your product for each Variant you want to separate.

Start by selecting the product profile with the variants you wish to separate. Click the Ellipsis to open the drop-down menu, then click "Make a copy" to create a copy of this product. The copy will include all the Variants currently on the original version. 

From your copied product, navigate to the Product Details tab and select the Variant that you want to set as the primary of this product profile.

After setting a different Variant, you will want to delete all the other Variants on this page and only leave your new primary item.

Note: You will see a "-Copy" tag in the product name. You'll want to remove this and edit the Product Name (from the Product Overview tab on the left) to reflect the name of this new product. 

Repeat the steps above by copying the original product with the Variants on it until you have separated all the Variants you wish to split out.
