The third section of the Product Upload Form is the Distribution section. This section will cover any fields that help a buyer understand if your distribution strategy and capabilities align with their retail store(s).
Country & State Manufactured
This is where you specify which state and country your product is mainly manufactured in.
Product Available Now?
This field allows you to indicate if your product is currently available, and if it is sold in any retail stores.
If yes, please specify what retailers currently carry your product. You will also be asked how many stores of that retailer you are currently in.
Note: If your retailer is not nationally or regionally recognized or approved on the platform please select either "Independent convenience, Grocery, Optical Stores, Pharmacy, Gym, or Retailer".
Any retailers listed in this field will appear to potential buyers as “Independent Retailers” in addition to how many stores you are in. See the example below:
If your product is not currently available, select “No” and enter the date your product will be ready for retail.
Available through distributors?
Specify whether or not your product is available through distributors. If yes, please specify which distributor(s).
Country/Region currently sold
This is a key field that will affect how your products are shown to buyers. If you are able to sell in multiple countries, be sure to list all of those countries here. If you can distribute only to specific states or provinces, specify them here.
Drop-Shipping
Please indicate whether or not your product is capable of "Drop-Shipping." If a supplier is capable of drop-shipping, that means they are able to fulfill the retailer's orders and deliver directly to consumers.
Note: This field is most relevant for e-commerce retail buyers on the platform.
Private Label
Please indicate whether or not your product is available for “Private Label.” If a product is available for private-label, the supplier is willing to rebrand it under the retailer’s private-label brand.
Storage Temperature
Please indicate whether or not your product will require cold storage (e.g. refrigerated or frozen products).

I am entering products for Publix Supermarket. If the distribution information and manufacturing state is the same for each item, do I have to fill in the fields for each product?
