The RangeMe Plus, Premium, and Pro Subscription is purchased on an annual basis and has no refund policy as expressed in our terms and conditions that are agreed to at the point of purchase. This subscription is an annual subscription due to the nature of retailer category reviews and the upfront value provided at purchase. You can read our terms and conditions here.
The RangeMe Premium and Pro plans guarantee the opportunity to be verified should you meet the requirements. Being RangeMe Verified™ guarantees increased visibility and shows retailers that a product is retail-ready. The subscriptions also come with category review schedules, a consultation with a RangeMe retail expert, and access to insight data.
Should a supplier choose to cancel their subscription before their subscription renewal date, they may do so, but they will not be eligible for a refund. Our team is only able to guarantee profile assistance, priority support, the ability to be verified which leads to increased visibility and access to insights and category review dates provided by a number of our partners.
