Edits can be made to a published product at any time but will not show in the product profile until the draft has been submitted. Some changes made to a product may be instant, while others will require approval by RangeMe. This article will go into more detail on how to edit and submit changes to your product profiles.
To Edit Product Profiles:
- From the supplier Home page, click “My Brands” and select the brand with the product you wish to update.
- Under the “Manage Products” tab of the brand you have selected, you can search or scroll for the product you wish to update.
- Click the Edit button to the far right of the product as shown below:
Edits for your Product Profile will not be visible to buyers until the changes have been submitted. Any changes made in Edit Mode will automatically save and remain a draft until you select the "Submit For Approval" button in the top right-hand corner of the form shown below.
Product profile updates can also be submitted from the “Submit For Approval” button on the Manage Products page.
Once updates have been submitted, depending on the fields that have been edited, the product profile will either instantly update or will be listed as a "Pending" update until it has been reviewed. A product will only need to be reviewed if a critical field has been changed, read more about critical fields here.
Note: You will receive an email confirmation after your product has been approved and is live on the platform. If your product is not approved, you will also receive an email notification stating the reason it was not approved and the next steps to get approved.
Starting January 1, 2024, RangeMe Free profiles are limited to 3 products. To unlock unlimited products, upgrade to RangeMe Starter for just $99/year!

I changed the headline photo on my page, and it is blurry, yet it's a high resolution file that is not blurry in my graphics program. What causes this, and can it please be fixed. it is not blurry in this attachment. Why then is it blurry on my profile page?
Hi Wendy,
Thanks for reaching out!
This issue is most likely due to the dimensions of the image that you are trying to upload. The recommended cover photo size is 1600 by 400 pixels. If your images are not the correct dimensions you will need to resize your image re-upload it from your computer.
Please let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns.
Best,
Taylor @ RangeMe
How can I add a 2nd photo to my product page. Our big selling feature is our packaging, front and back and my message is really diminished if I can only upload 1 photo per item.
Thanks,
Bob

You are able to add any additional images to your products when editing them by heading to the "marketing" tab and listing any images under the gallery section.
