    How long do both the pending approval and pending update processes take? When an item is in pending update status, does the entire item disappear from buyers' view, or is the non-updated version viewable until the update is approved?

    Hi Ava, 

    Thanks for writing in and my apologies for the delay! Products pending approval should not take more than 24 hours Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. When an item is pending update it the non updated version will remain viewable until the update is approved.
