Sample Settings

One of the main actions a buyer will use is Sampling. In order to set your sample settings, you will need to head to your Settings > Sample Settings. There you can add the address to which the requested samples will be delivered. 

Note: This should be your business address and not a home address.

You can also add sample instructions but this is optional. For sample instructions, you can add a message like “Please send 2 of each item and include your marketing information, price sheet, and minimum order quantities.”.

Note: Your sample address and instructions will only be shared with suppliers you request samples from.
