Suppliers will not be able to publish profiles prior to confirming their email. We do this to make sure that suppliers don't accidentally list an incorrect email. Doing so would cause the supplier to miss any messages they might receive from potentially interested buyers.
If you haven’t received an email from us, please check your spam/junk/clutter folders. To confirm your email and ensure any future communication is not missed, please add email@example.com to your Safe Senders' list. This is a quick once-off task. Below are instructions for some of the most popular email clients.
If you are using a work email address when signing up, we also recommend checking with your IT department in case there are any security issues in receiving an email from us!
