When adding a new user to your team you will need to select their role, which will determine the level of access the user will have. This article will cover all of the existing team roles and their preset permissions.
Note: Team Access user limits vary by subscription type:
- Free: 1 total user
- Starter: 5 total users
- Premium: 20 total users
- Pro: Unlimited total users
To unlock more Team Access users, upgrade to a higher subscription tier.
Owner: Full Access, can invite users and edit permissions. There can only be one owner for each account, and only the current owner can choose to transfer ownership to an existing Team Access user.
Company Settings: Manage
Brands & Products: Edit
Messaging: Full Access
Admin: Has access to all RangeMe functionality, can invite users and edit permissions.
Company Settings: Manage

Messaging: Full Access
Sales: Sales role can view brands and products, can create and manage shares, has full access to messaging but no access to company settings.
Company Settings: None
Brands & Products: View & Share
Messaging: Full Access
Marketing: Marketing role allows users to add and edit product profiles and brand details. They will have access to personal profile settings but not to messaging or company settings.
Company Settings: None
Brands & Products: Edit
Messaging: None
Custom: Custom set permissions.
