If your product has been rejected for "Not Brand Owner", then your product is being presented as, or has something from a trademarked brand showing or mentioned on it.
Suppliers who are not the brand owner must provide a letter of authorization or a license to represent the brand.
All products published by an entity not officially associated with a brand will be considered resellers until our team has received the appropriate authorization or license. This will result in a product rejection reason for not being a brand owner.
How to remedy:
To remedy this, you will be required to provide an authorization letter from the entity that owns the brand you are trying to represent.
If your product was rejected for "Not Brand Owner", you can respond to the rejection email and include your license there.
