When a product is not approved for it's name, you will be notified by email, and your profile will point you to the product overview section of the product that was rejected.
If your product(s) were not approved due to pricing, it is likely due to one of the following reasons:
- Name was not relevant to product
- Name is only a SKU number
- Name is a URL
- Product Name is a foreign language
- Ideally, all names should be in English
- Name is too long
- Ideally keep Product Name to 30 characters in length
To remedy a product name rejection, all you need to do is click into your product and update the Product Name field to something that meets the requirements listed above. Ideally, your product name will be relevant to the product and be descriptive of what your product is.
Remember, a buyer will likely be seeing your product image, name, and pricing for the first time ever on the platform, so having a great first impression is a must.
