Buyers have several actions they can take when responding to products they are interested in. The number of times a buyer has viewed or saved either your Brand Page or individual products can be seen in the following ways.
Buyer Views- Suppliers can see buyer views of their brand or individual products by clicking on the eyeball icon which represents a view that occurs when a buyer sees a brand or product on their dashboard, in an email, or in collections.
Buyer Saves- Saves allow buyers to save your product to review at a later date. This action makes it easier for buyers to discover products before, during, and even after Category reviews. The number of times a buyer has saved your brand or individual products can be seen below.
Note: Suppliers will not be able to view which buyer has saved or viewed their product unless that buyer has also requested a sample or asked to connect through Messages.
If you would like to see who has viewed your brand, we recommend taking a look at RangeMe Premium! As part of the Premium Membership, you will be able to view profile insights. With profile insights, you will see what buyers have viewed your brand and what actions they take while visiting your profile. You can subscribe or request more information here.

I thought it was possible to invite suppliers to view products. Has that feature been removed?
Hi Susan,
Thanks for reaching out! Products will be shared with all of our retail partner's buyers that are searching for products in your category. Suppliers can share their product with retailers who are not on the platform or with any existing buyer that you have the email contact for through our sharing feature.
You can learn more about sharing here.
Please let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns!
Best,
Taylor @ RangeMe
Hi, do I have to be a Premium member to be able to see the number of views or saves that my product gets?
Hi Yonah,
Thanks for reaching out and my apologies for the delay!
All suppliers will be able to see the number of views and saves a product or brand gets which will be indicated by the eyeball and plus sign as shown above. But only Premium suppliers on the platform will be able to see which retailers are viewing and visiting their brand and products.
Best,
Taylor @ RangeMe
