When signing up for RangeMe through a referred retailer’s link on their website, that retailer will get exclusive access to your products on RangeMe for your first few weeks on the platform.
This means that no other retailers will be able to view your products until this period of exclusivity has ended. After this period of exclusivity ends, all other retailers on the platform will be able to view your products too!
Note: Our team does not have the ability to extend the period of exclusivity, nor can it be re-added once the time period has ended.
You can tell if your page is exclusive and how long you have left in your Exclusivity by checking your RangeMe Home page.
Please be aware that this retailer Exclusivity only applies within the RangeMe platform. You are, of course, free to reach out to any other retailer by other means outside of our platform.
If your profile is currently exclusive to a particular retailer, you may not be able to upgrade to one of our subscription options yet. You will have the ability to upgrade to RangeMe Starter, RangeMe Premium, or RangeMe Pro when the exclusivity period ends.

Range Me should do a better job clarifying this before supplier registration is complete. I found myself here via a company's link that I know we will not be supplying, both in the short and long-term. It is unnerving to know that the portal alone dictates my ability to be seen by other purchasers, as I have considerable perishable product in need of movement ASAP.

My apologies for any confusion or frustration that this process of exclusivity may have caused.
We have made an agreement with our retail partners that any new products that sign up to the platform through a particular partners website will have exclusive access to that brand for their first few weeks on the platform. The portal from the retailer's website to RangeMe does express that suppliers are submitting their products to be reviewed by that particular retailer.
This is to ensure that these buyers get the first look at any products that they direct to the platform. Fear not, your product will be released to all retailers as soon as this period has expired!
