Keep track of your RangeMe retailer submissions using the Manage tool. To get started, navigate to Retailer Opportunities-> Manage tab.
From there, toggle between your Immediate Opportunity and Ongoing Submissions using the sidebar on the left. You'll see the count of submissions you have started or completed on each tab too.
Within each tab, you will see the Retailer opportunity you applied to, a status, application/submission date, and a button to review or complete your submission.
Your Immediate Opportunities:
Immediate Opportunity applications you have started but not completed will have a blue Resume Application button as long as it is still open. There will be a timer below the opportunity name that shows how much time is left to apply. Be sure to complete your application sooner rather than later to avoid missing the deadline or any early closures.
Completed applications will have a white View Application button. You can click there to review the information you have submitted to the retailer. All the information in a completed application is final and cannot be edited, as it is immediately available for buyers to review.
Applications whose deadlines have passed and cannot be completed will show "Opportunity closed" instead.
Each application will have one of the following statuses:

Approved
- The buyer is interested in at least one of your products included in that submission. Viewing the submission will show you which product(s) were marked approved.
- This will be accompanied by a notification email and message from the buyer that will appear when you click the View Application button. Be sure to review the information there for next steps per the buyer.
- The buyer is interested in at least one of your products included in that submission. Viewing the submission will show you which product(s) were marked approved.

Not Submitted
- Application is still in draft and not completed yet.

In Review
- Application status is pending review with the buyer. No decision has been made yet.

Not Selected
- Application was not approved by the buyer at this time.

- Applications that were not completed prior to the deadline.

Your Ongoing Submissions:
Ongoing Submissions you have started but not completed will have either a blue Resume Submission button or a blue Submit button shown here.
Completed submissions will have a white View submission button. You can click there to review the information you have submitted to the retailer. All the information in a completed submission is final and cannot be edited, as it is immediately available for buyers to review.
Each submission will have one of the following statuses:

Messaged
- Submission status is Messaged/Approved -OR- you have previously received a submission-related message from this retailer.

Not Qualified
- Submission status is declined, and the decline reason is Not Qualified

Not Selected
- Submission status is declined, and the decline reason is either Buyer Declined or No decision made by deadline.

In Review
- Submission status is still pending, and no decision has been made yet.

Not Submitted
- Submission is still a draft and has not been completed. (If there is a blue Resume Submission button, you can still complete the submission.)

- Historical submissions with unknown approval status will show a dash. (Submissions prior to February 2026 will show this)
